This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Shotpot, operated by Crunchy Software Ltd (company number 14576468, registered at 70 Grange Road East, Birkenhead, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH41 5FE). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Shotpot isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — no reason needed. This applies to your first payment on your first subscription (monthly or annual).
To request a refund, email hello@shotpot.co.uk from the email address on your account within 14 days of the payment. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After the first 14 days
- Payments already made are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by law or where this policy says otherwise.
- We don't give partial refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period.
- Renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee — cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged (see below).
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing hello@shotpot.co.uk.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the free tier — your account and galleries are not deleted by cancelling.
- To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing settings.
Exceptions
We'll refund outside the windows above where it's the right thing to do, including:
- Billing errors — duplicate charges or charges made in error are refunded in full.
- Extended outages or discontinued features — if a material paid feature is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, or we discontinue something you paid for, we'll offer a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
- Anything required by law — your statutory rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) always apply.
